Cancellation can be made up to 3 hours before any appointment. Upon failing to cancel within the cancellation period, the £5 booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of a 'no show', we require payment to be made IN FULL before any future appointments are made. We understand that situations arise last minute and encourage our clients to message or phone to let us know when they can't make it in.
If for any reason one of us has an emergency/illness that requires appointments to be cancelled last minute, all money paid will be refunded.
